Taiwan Excellence 2017 campaign introduces products and technologies that have been distinguished with “Taiwan Excellence Award” from 66 brands covering multifaceted fields, ranging from ICT, home appliances, educational aids, health care & fitness, and smart transportation.
The Taiwan Excellence Award, an initiative of the Taiwan Bureau of Foreign Trade and managed by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), represents the innovative and technological image of Taiwan’s most competitive industries. It is a symbol of outstanding reliability, innovation and value.
Fostering Vietnam – Taiwan friendship and trade relations
Taiwan Excellence campaign has officially announced its 8th launch in Vietnam. With the mission of celebrating “the gifts” that will always impress Vietnamese people in every occasion, the campaign will be powered by a series of activities and programs to give Vietnamese consumers the opportunity to personally experience Taiwan’s superior quality products.
“By May 2016, Taiwan has the total registered capital of $31.2 billion in Vietnam, making Taiwan the fourth largest source of foreign direct investment investing in Vietnam. With such potential, Vietnam – Taiwan economic and cultural cooperation will continue to flourish and generate benefits for both sides in the upcoming years. In response to the substantial support of Vietnamese consumers, this year Taiwan Excellence has aspired to highlight the distinctive characteristics of Taiwan Excellence Award-winning products, yet so friendly and useful for Vietnamese consumers to buy as gifts for themselves or their loved ones. That is the whole idea of our umbrella theme in the 2017 campaign: “Taiwan Excellence – The gifts that always impress you”. Through this campaign, we also hope that Taiwan Excellence can contribute to bolstering Vietnamese – Taiwan bilateral relationship in economy, culture, education, and community.” – Mr. Richard R. C. Minh Hang – a familiar face that has been at the heart of campaign throughout the years
In her 3rd year of companionship with Taiwan Excellence, singer-actress Minh Hang has not only act as Brand Ambassador but also a “family member” who understands and represents Taiwanese top brands at her best.
As a bridge of the campaign to Vietnamese consumers, she proudly shares that: “From “Excellent Lifestyles” to “Everyday Hero” and this year’s theme – “The Gifts that always impress you”, Taiwan Excellence has amazed me with its endless creativity and unexpectedly smart features of the products. Being the Brand Ambassador, I am very blessed to be exposed to multiple high-tech products from Taiwan, so I wish to share this experience to other Vietnamese and let them spread the meaningful message to every corner of the country.”
Minh Hang will present at Taiwan Excellence Experiencing Zone in Hanoi
Right after the Taiwan Excellence Launching Press Conference, a series of events entitled Taiwan Excellence Experiencing Zone will be held respectively in order to offer consumers the opportunity to experience Taiwanese products themselves. The first activity of this experiencing event series will occur at AEON MALL Long Bien (27 Co Linh Street, Hanoi) from June 30th to July 2nd.
Attending the events, apart from the chance to explore and experience advanced and innovative Taiwanese products, visitors can participate in the impressive interactive introduction sessions, a series of entertainment and interaction activities with Minh Hang, as well as the big lucky draw with attractive prizes.
For the upcoming event, Taiwan Excellence will be showcased in Taiwan Expo at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (799 Nguyen Van Linh, Tan Phu Ward, Dist 7., Ho Chi Minh City) from July 26th to 28th, 2017.
